摘 要:随着我国高校办学规模的不断提高,很多高校选择另辟新区以满足师生的日常需求,老校区也因此出现了大量由于高校结构调整而失去教学、生产功能的旧建筑。对于这些校园内的旧建筑,拆除重建会出现周期长、造价高和污染重等问题,对其改造再利用成为最佳选择。文章以郑州大学北校区旧工业厂房为例,在将其功能置换后,从单体改造方面出发,实现绿色节能的目标。With the continuous improvement of the scale of running colleges and universities in China,many colleges and universities choose to create new areas to meet the daily needs of teachers and students.Therefore,a large number of old buildings in old campuses have lost their teaching and production functions due to the structural adjustment of colleges and universities.For these old buildings on campus,demolition and reconstruction will lead to problems such as long cycle,high cost and heavy pollution,so it becomes the best choice to transform and reuse them.This paper takes the old industrial workshop of North Campus of Zhengzhou University as an example to realize the goal of green energy saving from the aspect of single renovation after replacing its function.
