地点理论视角下的汕头小公园传统街区更新策略研究

摘　　要：城市历史街区再改造是当前城市存量优化提升的发展方向。运用地点理论与AMOS软件模拟等方法,建构汕头小公园传统街区因果模型,并进行客观量化评定,从整体空间要素、公共服务要素和文化特色要素三个方面分析影响地点性形成与地点感构建的原因,提出:延续空间意向、强化地点认同感的更新策略;塑造街区地域特色、突出地点性传承的更新策略;建构情景人地关系、弘扬城市文化记忆源点的更新策略。以期丰富城市传统街区更新理论与设计方法。The redevelopment and utilization of urban historic district is the development direction of urban stock optimization.Using the Place theory,AMOS simulation and other methods,this paper constructs the causal model of Shantou Small Park,and carries out objective quantitative evaluation.It analyzes the reasons of Shantou Small Park affecting the formation of Place Character and the construction of Sense of Place from three aspects of overall space elements,public service elements and cultural characteristics.And put forward the renewal strategy to continue the spatial intention and strengthen the identity of the place;the renewal strategy of shaping the regional characteristics of the block and highlighting the inheritance of the place character;the renewal strategy of forming a place with closely man-land relationship and promoting the construction of the source point of urban cultural memory.Enriching the urban historical district renewal theory and design methods.
