基于硼酸酯交换的高韧环氧类玻璃的制备

摘  要:环氧类玻璃高分子具有再加工和自修复等功能性,然而同时获得力学性能和功能性优异的环氧类玻璃高分子仍是一个挑战。为了同时提高环氧类玻璃高分子的力学性能和功能性,以含有动态硼酸酯键的刚性2,2'-(1,4-亚苯基)-双[4-硫醇1,3,2-二氧杂戊烷(S-BDB)为交联剂,固化邻甲酚醛环氧树脂,以提高网络的力学性能。同时在其网络中引入了环氧稀释剂乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EGDE),以提高网络结构的柔性,增强网络韧性和功能性。研究EGDE的添加量对环氧类玻璃力学性能的影响,发现随着EGDE的添加量的增加,所得网络的力学性能先增加后减小。还研究了EGDE的添加量对环氧类玻璃交联度和橡胶平台的影响,发现随着EGDE的添加量的增加,网络的交联度和橡胶平台先增加后减小。含有环氧稀释剂EGDE环氧类玻璃高分子的拓扑转变温度为-31℃,活化能为42 kJ·mol^(-1)。此外,含有环氧稀释剂EGDE环氧类玻璃高分子具有优异的功能性(自修复、形状记忆、焊接和再加工能力)。Epoxy vitrimers possess a functionality such as reprocessing and self-healing capabilities,however,it is still a challenge to obtain epoxy vitrimers with excellent mechanical properties and functionality.To improve the mechanical properties and functionality of epoxy vitrimers,a rigid 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene)-bis[4-mercaptan-1,3,2-dioxaborolane](S-BDB)with dynamic boronic ester bond was employed as a crosslinking agent to cure o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin.Meanwhile,ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EGDE)as an epoxy diluent,was introduced into the epoxy vitrimers to improve the flexibility and functionality of the network.The effect of the EGDE content on the mechanical properties of the obtained epoxy vitrimers was studied,and it was found that the mechanical properties first increased and then decreased with the increasing of the EGDE content.The effect of EGDE content on the crosslinking degree and rubber platform module was also researched.With the increase of EGDE content,the crosslinking degree and rubber platform module first increased and then decreased.The topological transition temperature and activation energy of the obtained epoxy vitrimers were-31℃and 42 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively.Moreover,obtained epoxy vitrimers have excellent functionality(self-healing,shape memory,welding and reprocessing capabilities).
