摘　　要：目的 分析miR-140在肝癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 选取癌症基因组图谱数据库肝癌患者(n=369)作为研究对象,对应癌旁正常组织(n=49)为对照组,利用UALCAN在线分析miR-140在肝癌中的表达,并分析其表达与年龄、性别、分级、分化程度、分期、淋巴结转移及TP53突变状态的关系。结果 miR-140在肝癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-140在肝癌组织中表达与年龄、种族、分级、分化程度、分期、淋巴结转移无关。miR-140表达与患者性别和TP53突变状态密切相关,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 miR-140在肝癌组织中高表达,并与TP53突变状态密切相关,其可能成为肝癌诊治的潜在靶标之一。Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of miR-140 in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The patients with liver cancer(n=369)in TCGA database were selected as the study object,and the normal tissues adjacent to the cancer(n=49)as the control group.The expression of miR-140 in liver cancer was analyzed online by UALCAN,and the relationship between the expression and age,sex,grade,differentiation,stage,lymph node metastasis and TP 53 mutation status was analyzed.Results The expression of miR-140 in HCC was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of miR-140 in HCC was not related to age,race,grade,differentiation,stage or lymph node metastasis.The expression of miR-140 was closely related to the patient s sex and TP 53 mutation status,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion miR-140 is highly expressed in HCC and closely related to TP 53 mutation,which may be one of the potential targets for diagnosis and treatment of HCC.
