摘　　要：人脸识别技术在铁路客运安全防控保障中发挥着重要作用,但应用不当可能会侵犯旅客权利。为更好地防范人脸识别技术的侵权风险,保护旅客权利,本文通过分析人脸识别技术在铁路客运的具体应用场景,探析潜在的风险问题,从技术、管理等方面提出防范对策,以构建更加完善的制度和防控体系。Face recognition technology plays an important role in the safety prevention and control of railway passenger transport,however improper application may cause the risk of violating passenger rights.In order to better prevent the infringement risk of face recognition technology and protect the rights of passengers,by analyzing the specific application scenarios of face recognition technology in railway passenger transport,exploring the potential risk problems,proposing preventive countermeasures from the aspects of technology and management,and build a more perfect system and prevention and control system.
