摘  要:目前,火电厂煤场斗轮机的作业主要依靠司机就地操作,作业过程连续、劳动强度大、效率低,且存在登高风险、粉尘危害等不利因素。本文以某燃煤电厂门式斗轮机自动化改造为例,介绍了门式斗轮机自动控制系统的主要构成,分析了全自动堆取料的原理,详细说明了门式斗轮机自动化改造方案。经过研究和改造实施,提高了堆取煤效率,实现了煤场门式斗轮机无人值守。Currently,the operation of bucket turbines in coal yards for thermal power plants relies solely on the manual operation of a driver.This process is continuous,labor-intensive,inefficient,and poses risks such as climbing and dust hazards.This paper presents an example of the automatic transformation of a portal bucket turbine in a coal-fired power plant,detailing the main components of the automatic control system,the principle of automatic stacking and reclaiming,and the transformation scheme.The research and transformation result in improved efficiency for coal stacking and retrieval,ultimately achieving an unattended portal bucket turbine for coal yards.
