摘  要:本文以基于Buck电路的直流调速系统为研究对象,将状态空间平均的建模思想引入系统电路的建模。以STM32F429微型控制器为核心,采用高精度双通道旋转变压器作为反馈环节,辅以集成数字触发电路、采样电路等,设计了高精度直流调速装置的控制系统。通过调节器的工程设计方法设计了双闭环调节器,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件仿真验证系统开环控制、电压电流负反馈控制两种控制方式的控制结果。以STM32F429微控器作为反馈测量模块对系统输出信号进行反馈处理。系统软件编写应用状态机编程思想,通过触摸屏实现友好的人机交互界面,以及系统设置与数据显示功能。调试DC/DC变换装置及其控制装置,校正系统参数,并完成装置的总体测试,测试结果表明,系统可稳定可靠运行。This paper focuses on the design and modeling of a DC-based speed regulation system using a Buck circuit.The modeling approach involves incorporating the idea of state space averaging into the system circuit model.The high-precision dual-channel rotary transformer is chosen as the feedback link,and the design of the control system uses the STM32F429 microcontroller as the core,and the integrated digital trigger and sampling circuit.The application of an engineering design method yields a double closed-loop regulator.Matlab/Simulink simulation software is used to perform control results simulations,where the system is evaluated using open-loop control and voltage and current negative feedback control.Feedback measurement is facilitated by the STM32F429 microcontroller,which writes the application state machine programming idea for the system software.A user-friendly human-computer interaction interface is realized through the touch screen,enabling system settings and data display functionality.The DC/DC converter and its control device undergo debugging and correction of system parameters,culminating in overall device testing.The test results demonstrate that the system operates stably and reliably.
