摘 要:提升运输工作是保障煤炭顺利采出及安全生产的关键一环,本文研究了矿井斜巷绞车牵引钢丝绳的防松工作,先分析斜巷绞车提升运输的工作原理及绞车发生松绳问题的影响因素,再结合绞车实际运行的工作状况,制定了强化减速度操作管理、安装排绳器及监测装置、加强排绳管理、加强设备选型安装标准及日常维护管理等防治措施,进而通过加强相关作业及管理人员的培训,显著提升了绞车钢丝绳防松技术及管理水平,实现了预期效果。The work of hoisting transportation is a key link to ensure the smooth extraction of coal and safe production.This paper studies the anti-loosening work of towing wire rope of mine inclined winch.First,the working principle of hoisting transport of inclined winch and the influencing factors of rope loosening problem of winch are analyzed.Then,combined with the actual working condition of winch,the operation management of strengthening deceleration,installing rope drainer and monitoring device,strengthening rope draining management are formulated.Strengthen the prevention and control measures such as equipment selection and installation standards and daily maintenance management,and through strengthening the training of related operations and management personnel,significantly improve the anti-loosening technology and management level of winch wire rope,and achieve the expected results.
