摘 要:硫化物是水环境评价的一项重要指标,通过测定和分析水中硫化物流动注射法的标准曲线、方法检出限、方法检测的精密度、准确度和加标回收率,试验结果得出,水中硫化物流动注射法线性关系好,相关系数达到0.999 9;检出限为0.001 4 mg/L,检出限较低,流动注射法的测定低浓度含硫化物水体精度更高。通过检测多种浓度的硫化物溶液和分析方法精密度,得出相对标准偏差为0.6%~2.3%,精密度较高。使用1.53+0.12 mg/L的硫化物含量标准物质进行分析,测定结果符合真值范围,检测结果相对误差为7.2%。对天然水体样品进行硫化物的加标回收率测定,加标回收率在91.0%~92.0%之间。The sulfide flow injection method is a reliable tool for water environment assessment as it allows for the accurate determination and analysis of sulfide levels.In this study,the linear relationship of the method was found to be excellent,with an R-squared value of 0.9999 indicating a strong correlation.Additionally,the detection limit was exceptionally low at 0.0014 mg/L,making it an ideal method for analyzing low concentration sulfide in water.The precision of the method was also evaluated,and it was found to have a relative standard deviation of 0.6%~2.3%,indicating high accuracy.The analysis of a sulfide content reference material of 1.53±0.12 mg/L showed that the test results were within the expected range,with a relative error of 7.2%.Finally,spiked sulfide recovery in natural water samples was determined to be between 91.0%and 92.0%,demonstrating the effectiveness of the flow injection method.rd.Finally,a flow chart was drawn for it to ensure better integration of big data and regenerative system fault diagnosis.
