摘　　要：为实现化工自动化仪表的智能控制要求,结合某化工厂自动化仪表运行现状,以冗余以太网架构为核心,整合过程控制、通信、数据库等多方面的技术,全面设计了化工自动化仪表智能化控制系统。测试结果显示,与既有系统相比,该系统在响应时间这项关键指标上分别缩短了0.348 s和0.554 s,具有相对优异的性能,证明该系统具有潜在的应用价值。The intelligent control system for chemical automation instruments has been designed to meet the needs of these instruments.It is a comprehensive system with the redundant Ethernet architecture as its core,integrating process control,communication,database and other technologies.Tests show that the system has a faster response time of 0.348 s and 0.554 s respectively compared to the existing system,which proves its potential application value.
