摘 要:本文针对传统克劳斯法硫回收装置(简称传统硫回收装置)工艺流程长、投资高、操作复杂、运行费用高、硫回收尾气中硫化物含量不稳定等问题,改进了传统硫回收装置。改进后的硫回收装置具有流程简单、设备少、占地小、投资省、操作简便、运行成本低、回收硫黄纯度高、尾气中污染物排放浓度超低等特点,满足环保要求,经济效益、环保效益明显。This paper in view of the problems of the traditional Claus sulfur recovery unit(hereinafter referred to as the traditional sulfur recovery unit),such as long process flow,high investment,complex operation,high operating costs,and unstable sulfide content in the sulfur recovery tail gas,the traditional sulfur recovery unit was improved.The improved sulfur recovery unit has the characteristics of simple process,less equipment,small land occupation,low investment,simple operation,low operation cost,high purity of sulfur recovery,and ultra-low emission concentration of pollutants in tail gas.It meets the environmental protection requirements and has obvious economic and environmental benefits.
