居住满意度及其影响因素综述——基于WOS核心合集及中国引文数据库的研究

摘　　要：运用Histcite文献可视化分析软件及知网中国引文数据库自带分析器,分别对Web of Science核心合集和中国引文数据库期刊库收录的居住满意度研究论文进行分析,并结合传统文献阅读法,对国内外相关研究进行系统梳理和思考。以居住满意度及其影响因素为研究内容,从研究层次、学科、尺度、人群、方法5个方面总结居住满意度的研究现状,进一步梳理影响因素的演变规律,将其分为早期—过渡—完善—整合4个阶段。研究为宜居城市和规划建设提供了一定的理论支撑和经验借鉴。This study analyzes the literature on the residential satisfaction included in the core collection of Web of Science and the China Citation Database by using the Histcite visualization analysis software and the analyzer provided by CNKI China Citation Database,respectively and systematically combs and ponders the relevant research at home and abroad in combination with the traditional literature reading method.This study takes the residential satisfaction and its influencing factors as the research content.First,it summarizes the research status of residential satisfaction from five aspects:research level,discipline,scale,population,and methods,further combs the evolution law of influencing factors,and divides it into four stages:early stage,transition stage,improvement stage,and integration stage.The study provides theoretical support and experience for livable cities and planning and construction.
