摘　　要：随着我国城市轨道交通的建设和快速发展,以公共交通引导城市开发的模式——TOD开发模式,已逐步成为我国城市轨道交通站点地区建设规划的重要研究方法之一。根据TOD的开发模式与核心理念,以贵阳轨道交通3号线洛湾站地区为研究对象,对其地区用地布局规划、城市设计方案等核心问题进行研究探讨,合理建立便捷的交通系统,集约节约利用土地空间,有效提高土地的经济价值,以期对洛湾站地区开发及同类型的其他地区提供一定的现实借鉴意义。With the construction and rapid development of China's urban rail transit,the mode of urban development guided by public transportation—TOD development mode has gradually become one of the important research methods for the construction planning of urban rail transit stations in my country.Based on the development mode and core concept of TOD,this study takes the Luowan Station area of Guiyang Rail Transit Line 3 as the research object,discusses the core issues such as land use layout planning and urban design schemes in the area,and rationally establishes a convenient transportation system,intensively and economically utilize land space,and effectively improve the economic value of land,in order to provide practical reference significance for the development of Luowan Station area and other areas of the same type.
