子宫全切术后原发性阴道残端腺癌病例报告1例

摘　　要：阴道腺癌是指阴道壁出现了腺上皮或黏膜下出现了腺体组织的一类女性生殖道恶性肿瘤,临床表现以绝经后阴道流血较为多见。本文报道的1例患者为子宫全切术后,入院完善膀胱镜、肿瘤标志物、超声、肠镜、盆腔磁共振等相关检查后,经泌尿科、胃肠外科、病理科等学科会诊后行手术治疗,阴道残端术后病理诊断为腺癌浸润生长,不除外中肾管腺癌。术后行辅助放疗。通过对本例患者的资料及相关文献进行综合分析,旨在提高临床医生对此类疾病的认识,了解阴道腺癌的来源、病理特点、临床分期等,并制定个体化治疗方案,进而提高患者的生存率及生存质量。Vaginal adenocarcinoma refers to a kind of malignant tumor of female genital tract with glandular epithelium in the vaginal wall or glandular tissue in the submucosa.The clinical manifestations are more common in postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.One patient reported in this paper was admitted to the hospital after complete hysterectomy,underwent cystoscopy,tumor markers,ultrasound,colonoscopy,pelvic magnetic resonance and other related examinations,and underwent surgical treatment after consultation in urology,gastrointestinal surgery,pathology and other departments,and was pathologically diagnosed as adenocarcinoma infiltrating and growing,excluding mesonephric duct adenocarcinoma.Postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy was performed.Through a comprehensive analysis of the data of this patient and related literature,the purpose is to improve the understanding of clinicians to this disease,understand the source,pathological characteristics,clinical stages of vaginal adenocarcinoma,and develop individualized treatment plan,so as to improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients.
