摘  要:目的:研究佐太与七十味珍珠丸2种藏药中砷的存在形态和分布。方法:利用连续化学提取法将佐太与七十味珍珠丸中砷的形态分为非特异性吸附态、特异性吸附态、钙结合态、无定形铁铝结合态、稳定形铁铝结合态及残渣态6种形态,通过电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)分析藏药样品中砷6种形态的含量及分布。结果:藏药佐太与七十味珍珠丸中分别有57.1%、46.5%的残渣态砷;1.25%、8.00%的非特异性吸附态砷;6.97%、3.24%的特异性吸附态砷;21.5%、14.3%的无定形铁铝结合态砷;1.10%、9.72%的稳定形铁铝结合态砷;12.0%、18.2%的钙结合态砷。在佐太与七十味珍珠丸中6种砷化合物结合态的总含量基本等于各自总砷的含量。结论:连续化学提取法用于珍宝类藏药中砷的研究时,能够较全面地提供砷的不同存在形态,且方法合理、可靠,可为进一步研究含砷珍宝类藏药中砷的作用机制、量效关系以及合理制定质量标准提供参考。OBJECTIVE To study the speciation and distribution of arsenic in Tibetan medicine ZuoTai and Ranasampel(RNSP).METHODS The species of arsenic in ZuoTai and RNSP were divided into non-specific adsorption arsenic,specific adsorption arsenic,arsenic bound to calcium,arsenic bound to amorphous Fe-Al oxides,arsenic bound to stable Fe-Al oxides and residual arsenic by sequential chemical extraction.Then the content and distribution of arsenic species were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).RESULTS In ZuoTai and RNSP,57.1%and 46.5%of residual arsenic,1.25%and 8.00%of non-specific adsorbed arsenic,6.97%and 3.24%of specific adsorbed arsenic,21.5%and 14.3%of arsenic bound to amorphous Fe-Al oxides,1.10%and 9.72%of arsenic bound to stable Fe-Al oxides,and 12.0%and 18.2%arsenic bound to calcium were found respectively.And the sum content of speciation arsenic in ZuoTai and RNSP was almost equal to the total arsenic content in each of them.CONCLUSION When the sequential chemical extraction method is used to study arsenic in mineral Tibetan medicine,it can comprehensively provide the different presence forms of arsenic,and the method is reasonable and reliable.The results provide reference for further studies on the mechanism,dose-effect relationship and reasonable quality standard of arsenic in mineral Tibetan drugs containing arsenic.
