子午流注纳子法耳穴贴压对青年巨大型腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的研究子午流注纳子法耳穴贴压对青年巨大型腰椎间盘突出症患者压痛阈、耐痛阈及腰椎功能的影响。方法选取濮阳市中医医院2020年1月至2022年6月80例青年巨大型腰椎间盘突出症患者采用随机数字表分组,均给予常规护理,对照组40例给予常规磁珠耳穴贴压,观察组40例给予基于子午流注纳子法,严格按照午时、申时、酉时进行耳穴贴压,对比两组患者疼痛缓解效果、腰椎功能和睡眠质量。结果观察组治疗后,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(2.18±0.84)分低于对照组(3.28±0.96)分,压痛阈、耐痛阈分别为(8.38±1.56)分、(10.98±0.83)分,高于对照组(7.53±1.48)分、(9.50±1.13)分(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表评分(ODI)为(14.73±1.26)分低于对照组(17.58±1.17)分,日本骨科协会(JOA)腰痛评分为(21.40±2.76)分高于对照组(19.50±2.32)分(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠时间评分分别为(1.25±0.44)分、(1.50±0.51)分、(1.60±0.40)分、(1.35±0.48)分,均低于对照组(1.68±0.50)分、(1.80±0.41)分、(1.80±0.41)分、(1.73±0.45)分(P<0.05)。结论子午流注纳子法耳穴贴压对青年巨大型腰椎间盘突出症患者效果确切,能够有效缓解患者疼痛感,改善腰椎功能,提高睡眠质量。Objective To study the effects of applying meridian flow Nazifa auricular acupoint tapping and pressing on the pressure pain threshold,pain tolerance threshold,and lumbar spine function in young patients with giant lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 young patients with giant lumbar disc herniation at Puyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into groups using a random number table and all were given routine care.The control group of 40 patients received routine magnetic bead auricular acupoint pressing,while the observation group of 40 patients received auricular acupoint pressing based on the meridian flow.Auricular acupoint pressing was strictly performed at Wushi,Shenshi,and Youshi,and the pain relief effect,lumbar function,and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the visual analogue score(VAS)of pain in the observation group was(2.18±0.84)points,lower than that in the control group(3.28±0.96)points,while the pressure pain threshold and pain tolerance threshold were(8.38±1.56)points and(10.98±0.83)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(7.53±1.48)points and(9.50±1.13)points(P<0.05);After treatment,the Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score in the observation group was(14.73±1.26),lower than that in the control group(17.58±1.17),and the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)low back pain score was(21.40±2.76),higher than that in the control group(19.50±2.32),P<0.05;After treatment,the sleep latency,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,and sleep time scores of the observation group were(1.25±0.44)points,(1.50±0.51)points,(1.60±0.40)points,and(1.35±0.48)points,respectively,lower than those of the control group(1.68±0.50)points,(1.80±0.41)points,(1.80±0.41)points,and(1.73±0.45)point(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of eridian flow Nazifa auricular acupoint tapping and pressing has a definite effect on young patients with giant lumbar disc herniation,which can effe
