摘  要:为了验证非寄主植物气味胁迫是否会抑制害虫的繁殖机能,采用前期筛选的川滇桤木气味活性物质-对乙基苯乙酮、反-2-己烯-1-醇、顺-4-己烯-1-醇、4-烯丙基苯甲醚对云南切梢小蠹的胚后发育进行测定。结果表明:4种气味成分胁迫对云南切梢小蠹产卵量的影响均较小,但能够显著增加其母坑道的长度(P<0.01)。卵孵化后,反-2-己烯-1-醇、对乙基苯乙酮和4-烯丙基苯甲醚对幼虫的体长增长呈下降趋势,而顺-4-己烯-1-醇则呈上升趋势,体质量有一定增加,但蛹期和新羽化成虫的个体则与此相反,特别是顺-4-己烯-1-醇和反-2-己烯-1-醇,前者对蛹体长和体质量的降幅为16.63%和20.09%,后者对成虫降幅则为6.95%和15.78%。表明4种川滇桤木气味活性物质均能明显干扰云南切梢小蠹的胚后发育,特别是绿叶气味成分反-2-己烯-1-醇和顺-4-己烯-1-醇能够直接降低蛹和成虫的个体大小和体质量。To broaden the knowledge on the pest declining fertility induced by the stressor of non-host plant odors,the post-embryonic developments of Yunnan pine shoot beetle,Tomicus yunnanensis,were tested by using odor-active compounds of Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii,including 4−allylanisole,trans−2−hexen−1−ol,(Z)−hexen−4−en−1−ol,and 4−ethylacetophenone,based on electrophysiological and behavioral responses of this beetle.The results showed the average egg productions per female individual were no significant difference among the 4 odor-stressed compounds,but the length of maternal gallery has an obvious increase(P<0.01).After hatching from their eggs,the lengthened rate of larval body length showed a declining trend in the stressor of trans−2−hexen−1−ol and 4−allylanisole as well as 4−allylanisole,but having an increase trend in(Z)−hexen−4−en−1−ol.All of compounds could gain higher weight than control group.Furthermore,there is a opposite trend in pupa and newly eclosed individual,especially for(Z)−hexen−4−en−1−ol and trans−2−hexen−1−ol.The former could have reduced the relative body length and weight for 16.63%and 20.09%in pupa,the latter is 6.95%and 15.78%in the newly adults,respectively.The results showed that the 4 odor-active compounds of non-host A.ferdinandi-coburgii could significantly interfere with the post-embryonic development of T.yunnanensis,especially the two green leaf volatiles trans-2-Hexen-1-ol and(Z)-Hex-4-en-1-ol could directly reduce the body size and weight of pupae and newly emerged adults.
