38例猫泛白细胞减少症的临床病例分析

摘　　要：研究旨在了解猫泛白细胞减少症的临床病例情况,以2021年上海市松江区3家动物医院收治的38例患有猫泛白细胞减少症病例为研究对象,进行回顾性调查研究,从患病季节、患病动物的性别、品种、年龄、免疫情况等基本信息和临床症状等方面分析各因素对猫泛白细胞减少症的影响。结果显示:冬季猫泛白细胞减少症的发病率最高,为42.11%;各品种中英国短毛猫发病率最高,为31.58%,其次是布偶猫和中华田园猫。38例猫泛白细胞减少症病例中,2月龄的猫发病率最高,为34.21%;从未注射疫苗和首次免疫的发病率较高,均超过30%。临床检查时患猫可能会出现精神不振、食欲减退、发热、呕吐及腹泻等症状。38例病例中出现发热症状的14例,占36.84%;无发热情况的病例24例,占63.16%。研究表明,冬季为猫泛白细胞减少症的多发季节,英国短毛猫、布偶猫和中华田园猫患病率较高,幼龄猫和未接种疫苗的猫感染率较高,临床症状比较多样。The purpose of the study was to understand the clinical situation of feline panleukopenia.A total of 38 cases of feline panleukopenia admitted to three animal hospitals in Songjiang District,Shanghai in 2021 were selected as the study objects.The effects of various factors on feline panleukopenia were analyzed from the aspects of the season of disease,the sex,breed,age,immunity and other basic information and clinical symptoms.The results showed that the incidence of panleukopenia in cats was the highest in winter(42.11%).The British shorthair cat had the highest incidence of 31.58%,followed by the ragdoll cat and the Chinese garden cat.Among the 38 feline panleukopenia cases,the incidence rate of 2-month-old cats was the highest(34.21%).The incidence of never-vaccinated and first-time immunization was higher,both exceeding 30%.During clinical examination,the cat may present symptoms such as lethargy,loss of appetite,fever,vomiting and diarrhea.Fever was found in 14 of the 38 cases,accounting for 36.84%.There were 24 cases without fever,accounting for 63.16%.The study indicates that winter is the most frequent season for panleukopenia in cats.The prevalence of panleukopenia is higher in British shorthair cats,ragdoll cats and Chinese farm cats.The infection rate is higher in young cats and unvaccinated cats,and the clinical symptoms are relatively diverse.
