摘　　要：胚胎移植技术是绒山羊繁殖中的一项重要手段。文章从激素和相关材料选择、超数排卵、人工授精、技术水平、受体羊发情状况、供受体羊移植后饲养管理及胚胎质量、不同季节等方面分析影响绒山羊胚胎移植效果的因素,讨论绒山羊胚胎移植中的关键点,为提高绒山羊胚胎移植效果提供参考。Embryo transfer technology is an important means in cashmere goat reproduction.In the paper,the factors affecting the effect of cashmere goat embryo transfer were analyzed from the aspects of hormone and related material selection,superovulation,artificial insemination,technical level,estrus status of recipient sheep,feeding and management of donor sheep after transplantation,embryo quality,and different seasons,and the key points in cashmere goat embryo transfer were discussed to provide reference for improving the effect of cashmere goat embryo transfer.
