摘　　要：结合工程实际,对预制漏缝板真空吸水生产和半自动安装成套技术进行了研究。介绍了混凝土漏缝板真空生产及立体养护流程,通过发明一种半自动装运小台车,实现了预制漏缝板的中短距离点对点精准安装的机械化作业。工程应用效果良好,经济效益显著,可为类似项目的推广应用提供参考。Combined with the engineering practice,the complete technology of vacuum water suction production and semi-automatic installation of precast leaky slab is studied.This paper introduces the vacuum production and threedimensional curing process of concrete leaky slab,and through the invention of a semi-automatic loading trolley,realizes the mechanized operation of short and medium distance point-to-point precise installation of precast leaky slab.The engineering application effect is good and the economic benefit is remarkable,which can provide reference for the popularization and application of similar projects.
