摘  要:为避免变形缝防渗漏质量不过关而导致的一系列问题,结合工程实际对变形缝自动排水体系的施工技术进行了阐述。变形缝自动排水体系施工技术从设计优化入手,相较于传统水平变形缝单一的防渗漏措施,更加注重防排结合的手段,一堵一疏,杜绝了建筑水平变形缝处污染、发黑、发霉现象的产生,减少了后期维修,节约了人工及材料成本,保证了建筑的使用功能和使用寿命,具有良好的社会和经济效益。In order to avoid a series of problems caused by poor anti-seepage quality of deformation joints,the construction technology of automatic drainage system of deformation joints is described in combination with engineering practice.The construction technology of deformation joint automatic drainage system starts from design optimization,compared with the traditional horizontal deformation joint single anti-leakage measures,pays more attention to the combination of prevention and drainage,one blocking and one dredging,eliminates the pollution,blackening and mildew at the horizontal deformation joint of the building,reduces the subsequent maintenance,saves labor and material costs,and ensures the use of the building,which has good social and economic benefits.
