摘　　要：以中国国有资本风投大厦为例,对超高层建筑塔式起重机高空拆除施工技术进行了研究。通过对案例工程建筑的结构特点、场地条件等因素进行综合分析,确定了最优的塔吊安拆方案,保证了现场施工安全和工程进度,总结的经验为类似问题的处理提供了技术参考。Taking China's state-owned capital venture capital building as an example,the construction technology of tower crane high altitude demolition for super high-rise building is studied.Through the comprehensive analysis of the structural characteristics,site conditions and other factors of the case project,the optimal tower crane installation and demolition scheme is determined,which ensures the site construction safety and project progress,and the summarized experience provides technical reference for the treatment of similar problems.
