摘　　要：装配式建筑越来越多地以ALC条板作为二次结构内隔墙,传统是在ALC条板与钢梁之间采用扣接的方式连接,在安装前需剔除大量的防火涂料,后期修补难度大、稳固性能差,同时ALC条板墙体上敷设管线杂乱无章,对墙体受力性能和使用寿命产生影响。为解决上述问题,对ALC条板与钢梁采用H形专用卡具进行连接,可避免剔凿大量防火涂料,减少修补且保证质量;对在ALC条板上敷设的机电管线采用新型暗敷电气配管固定卡固定,解决ALC条板上电气配管固定和保护层厚度控制的难题,保证了ALC条板的整体性和美观性。所述工艺为以后类似工程中的ALC板安装积累了经验,具有一定的推广性和可行性。ALC slats are increasingly used in prefabricated buildings as the internal partition of the secondary structure.Traditionally,ALC slats and steel beams are connected by buckling.Before installation,a large number of fireproof coatings need to be removed.It is difficult to repair in the later period and the stability is poor.At the same time,the pipelines are disorderly laid on the ALC slat wall,which has an impact on the mechanical performance and service life of the wall.In order to solve the above problems,the ALC slats and the steel beams are connected by H-shaped special fixtures,which can avoid chiseling a large number of fireproof coatings,reduce repairs and ensure quality.The electromechanical pipeline laid on the ALC slat is fixed by a new type of concealed electrical piping fixing clamp,which solves the problems of fixing the electrical piping on the ALC slat and controlling the thickness of the protective layer,and ensures the integrity and aesthetics of the ALC slats.The process has accumulated experience for the installation of ALC slats in similar projects in the future,and has certain popularization and feasibility.
