摘 要:软土地区预制临时车道板设计强度较低而承受重载作用时,车道板容易产生开裂、压碎等现象。为提高行车的安全性与舒适性,以上海市浦东新区某工地周围临时道路为工程背景,采用有限元数值模拟软件ABAQUS建立了预制车道板的三维精细化数值模型,研究了车道板的应力情况与变形特征。研究结果表明:在55t重载车作用下,车道板中心点处沿横向最大拉、压应力均大于沿纵向最大拉、压应力;随着钢筋直径的增大,车道板的最大挠度、最大拉/压应力均减小;随着地基反力系数的增大,预制临时车道板的最大挠度减小,最大拉/压应力均增大;在最不利工况下,车道板的最大挠度、最大拉/压应力值均小于规范规定值,满足结构服役的基本要求。研究成果可为后续的预制临时车道板的设计提供参考作用。Precast temporary traffic lane slabs in soft soil areas are prone to cracking and crushing when they are subjected to heavy loads due to their low design strength.In order to improve the safety and comfort of driving,taking the temporary trafic road around a construction site in Pudong New Area of Shanghai as the engineering background,the finite element numerical simulation software ABAQUS was used to establish a three-dimensional refined numerical model of the precast traffic lane slab,and the stress and deformation characteristics of the traffic lane slab were studied.The results show that under the action of 55 t heavy truck,the maximum tensile and compressive stresses at the center of the traffic lane slab along the transverse direction are greater than those along the longitudinal direction.With the increase of the diameter of the steel bar,the maximum deflection and the maximum tensile/compressive stress of the traffic lane slab decrease.With the increase of subgrade reaction coefficient,the maximum deflection of the precast temporary traffic lane slab decreases,while the maximum tensile/compressive stress increases.Under the most unfavorable conditions,the maximum deflection and the maximum tensile/compressive stress of the traffic lane slab are less than the values specified in the specification,which meets the basic requirements of the structure in service.The research results can provide a reference for the subsequent design of precast temporary traffic lane slabs.
