摘 要:提出了一种新型自密实橡胶混凝土(self-compacting rubberised concrete,SCRC)材料的配合比,并通过试验研究了橡胶和减水剂含量对SCRC和易性能和力学性能的影响。使用0~4 mm橡胶颗粒同时替换了10%、20%、30%、40%的粗骨料和细骨料,并分别测试了1.4%和1.8%两种减水剂掺量下SCRC的和易性能和力学性能。对新拌SCRC混合物进行了坍落度流动试验、J环试验和V形漏斗试验。检测了硬化后SCRC立方体的7 d和28 d抗压强度。结果表明,使用橡胶颗粒替换20%以下粗骨料和细骨料制成的SCRC具有良好的和易性和抗压强度。20%以上橡胶含量不利于SCRC取得理想的性能。更多的减水剂可在一定程度上改善SCRC的和易性,但对其力学性能影响没有明显特征性。The mix proportion of a new type of self-compacting rubber concrete(SCRC)materials was proposed,and the effects of rubber and water reducer contents on the workability and mechanical properties of sCRC were studied through experiments.10%,20%,30%,40%of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate were replaced by rubber particles of 0-4 mm,and the workability and mechanical properties of SCRC with 1.4%and 1.8%of water reducing agent were tested.Slump flow test,J-ring test and V-shaped funnel test were carried out on fresh SCRC mixture.The 7 d and 28 d compressive strengths of the hardened SCRC cubes were tested.The results show that SCRC with rubber particles replacing less than 20%of coarse and fine aggregates has good workability and compressive strength.When the rubber content is more than 20%,it is not conducive to SCRC to achieve the desired performance.More superplasticizers can improve the workability of SCRC to a certain extent,but the effect on the mechanical properties of SCRC is not obvious.
