摘  要:随着建筑业飞速发展,塔式起重机在沿海工程施工中的应用越来越广泛,然而其作业环境复杂,易受台风、雷暴等极端自然灾害的袭击。因此,开展台风作用下塔机结构的安全预警显得愈加重要。以上回转式塔机为研究对象,搭建了一套基于物联网的塔机结构响应实时监测系统,实现了对塔机作业全过程的长期监控。在“烟花”台风过境期间,基于场地实测风速风向数据,测得了塔机沿高度变化的最大偏移量。结果表明,非工作状态塔机存在风标效应,导致其最大位移与场地最大风速时刻不对应,存在响应滞后现象。With the rapid development of the construction industry,tower cranes are increasingly and widely used in coastal engineering construction,but their working environment is complex and vulnerable to extreme natural disasters such as typhoons and thunderstorms.Therefore,it is more and more important to carry out the safety warning of tower crane structure under typhoon.Taking the upper rotary tower crane as the research object,a real-time monitoring system of tower crane structure response based on the Internet of Things is built,which realizes the long-term monitoring of the whole process of tower crane operation.During the transit period of typhoon"Fireworks",the maximum offset of the tower crane along the height is measured based on the measured wind speed and wind direction data.The results show that the wind vane effect exists in the tower crane in the non-working state,which leads to the fact that the maximum displacement of the tower crane does not correspond to the time of the maximum wind speed on the site,and there is a response lag phenomenon.
