摘 要:耐候钢角钢K形节点是输电铁塔中的重要节点,其受力性能直接影响耐候钢输电铁塔的承载能力。以输电塔角钢K形节点的试验数据为依据,通过增大有限元模型单元接触面摩擦系数以及螺栓与螺栓孔的间距来反映钢材的耐候钢电化学腐蚀特性。以能够与试验现象和试验数据拟合良好的有限元模型为基础,分析螺栓直径、螺栓间距、主角钢厚度、主角钢肢宽、偏心距和节点板厚度的变化对耐候钢角钢K形节点抗弯性能的影响。研究结果表明:螺栓直径和螺栓间距对节点抗弯性能的影响最大,与螺栓直径为16 mm时相比,螺栓直径为18 mm、20 mm和22 mm时节点承载力的增幅分别为28%、52%和64%;与螺栓间距为70 mm时相比,螺栓间距为80 mm、90 mm和100 mm时节点承载力的增幅分别为8.46%、17.85%和34.28%。主角钢厚度和主角钢肢宽对节点抗弯性能影响有限,偏心距和节点板厚度对节点抗弯性能影响不大。The K-joint of weathering steel angle steel is an important joint in transmission tower,and the mechanical performance directly affects the bearing capacity of weathering steel transmission tower.Based on the test data of angle steel K-joint of transmission tower,this paper presents the electrochemical corrosion characteristics of weathering steel by increasing the friction coefficient of contact surface of finite element model element and the spacing between model bolt and bolt hole.Based on the finite element model which agrees well with the test phenomena and test data,the impact of bolt diameter,bolt spacing,main angle steel thickness,main angle steel limb width,eccentricity and gusset plate thickness to the bending performance of weathering steel angle K-joints are analyzed.The results show that the bolt diameter and bolt spacing have the largest influence on the flexural performance of the joint.Compared with the bolt diameter of 16 mm case,the increase in joint load capacity was 28%,52%and 64%for bolt diameters of 18 mm,20 mm and 22 mm,respectively.Compared with the bolt spacing of 70 mm case,the increase in joint load capacity was 8.46%,17.85%and 34.28%for bolt spacing of 80 mm,90 mm and 100 mm,respectively.The thickness of the main angle steel and the width of the main angle steel limb have limited influence on the bending performance of the joint.The eccentricity and thickness of the gusset plate have little influence on the bending performance of joint.
