摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术在鼻息肉中的应用及对并发症的影响。方法选取2020年7月-2021年6月我院收治的106例鼻息肉患者,分为两组,对照组实施鼻息肉摘除术治疗,研究组实施鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术治疗。观察分析两组患者的临床有效率、并发症、手术指标、临床指标以及生活质量情况。结果与对照组比,研究组临床有效率高(P<0.05),并发症发生率低(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组手术时间及住院时间短(P<0.05),术中出血量低(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组鼻气道阻力及嗅觉功能评分低(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组生活质量高(P<0.05)。结论与单纯应用鼻息肉摘除术相比而言,将其与鼻内筛窦切除术结合治疗鼻息肉患者效果更为理想,可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,降低鼻气道阻力和嗅觉功能,有利于提高起生活质量,安全性也比较高,减轻患者负担,值得应用。Objective To explore the application of intranasal ethmoid sinus resection combined with nasal polyp excision in nasal polyp and its influence on complications.Methods A total of 106 cases of nasal polyp patients admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups:the control group was treated with nasal polyp excision;the research group was treated with intranasal ethmoid sinus resection combined with nasal polyp excision.The clinical effective rate,complications,surgical indicators,clinical indicators and quality of life of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher clinical effective rate(P<0.05)and lower complication rate(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the operative time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter(P<0.05),and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of nasal airway resistance and olfactory function in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple application of nasal polyps enucleation,it combined with resection of the nasal sinus surgery treatment in patients with nasal polyps effect more ideal,can decrease intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time,reduce the nasal airway resistance and olfactory functions,to improve the quality of life,has a high security,easing the burden on patients,is worthy of application.
