变应性鼻炎-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉应用双侧翼管神经切断术的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨变应性鼻炎-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉应用双侧翼管神经切断术患者中的可行性。方法收集2021年6月—2021年12月期间我院入住且符合本研究纳入标准的变应性鼻炎-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者100例,以随机数表法将患者进行分组,组别设为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例),对照组使用常规功能性鼻内镜手术,观察组在常规功能性鼻内镜手术基础上联合使用双侧翼管神经切断术,对比两组手术效果、肺功能恢复质量、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者临床症状评分、术后VAS评分均显著低于对照组,P<0.05具有统计学意义。观察组FEF、FEF/FVC、MVV均高于对照组,P<0.05具有统计学意义。观察组并发症发生率8.00%与对照组6.00%对比无较大差异,P>0.05无统计学意义。结论变应性鼻炎-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉在常规功能性鼻内镜手术治疗的基础上加入双侧翼管神经切断术可对鼻腔功能进行更好的改善,降低术后疼痛,提升肺功能,并发症发生率较低,临床推广价值高。Objective To explore the feasibility of patients with allergic rhinitis-sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods Collect 100 patients of allergic rhinitis-sinusitis with nasal polyps from June 2021 to December 2021,grouping patients as control group(50 cases)and observation group used conventional functional nasal endoscopic surgery,comparing the surgical effect,pulmonary function recovery quality and complication rate.Results The clinical symptom score and postoperative VAS score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.FEF,FEF/FVC and MVV were higher compared with the control group,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.The complication rate was 8.00%from the 6.00%in the control group,and P>0.05 was not significant.Conclusion The addition of allergic rhinitis-sinusitis with nasal polyps can improve the nasal function,reduce postoperative pain,improve lung function,with low complication rate and high clinical promotion value.
