低温等离子腺样体消融术联合鼓膜穿刺治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分泌性中耳炎(SOM)实施低温等离子腺样体消融术+鼓膜穿刺治疗的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年11月收治的70例SOM患者按照随机数字表法,分成实验组(n=35)、对照组(n=35),对照组应用骨膜穿刺术+腺样体刮除术的手术方式,实验组采取低温等离子腺样体消融术+鼓膜穿刺的手术方式,观察并且对比各组疗效、症状缓解指标、听阈指标与并发症指标。结果实验组治疗总有效率94.28%高于对照组77.14%(P<0.05);实验组患儿在中耳积液、鼓膜愈合、听力恢复、耳鸣消失各项症状缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿术后1个月、3个月气导平均听阈明显较术前时刻降低,而手术前后各时间指标组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组术后并发症发生率5.71%显著低于对照组22.86%(P<0.05)。结论采取低温等离子腺样体消融术联合鼓膜穿刺手术方式治疗SOM的效果满意,有效缓解症状体征,改善听力并且术后并发症发生率低。Objective To investigate the effect of secretory otitis media(SOM)to carry out low temperature plasma glandular ablation+tympanic membrane puncture treatment.Methods 70 patients with admitted from January to November 2021 were selected according to the random digital table(n=35),the control group(n=35),the control group was used to apply a bone membrane puncture+gland Surgical method,experimental group adopts low temperature plasma glandular ablation+tympanic membrane puncture surgery,observation and compares the efficacy,symptoms of symptoms,hear index,and complication indicators.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.28%higher than 77.14%(P<0.05)in the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group was in the middle ear,the healing,hearing recovery,tinnitus disappears the symptoms of symptoms is significantly shorter than the control group.(P<0.05);1 month after the two groups,3 months of gas guide average number of listening thresholds were significantly lower than the preoperative time,and there were no statistical significance between the indicator groups before and after surgery(P>0.05);experiment The incidence of complications after the group was 5.71%significantly lower than 22.86%(P<0.05)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking low-temperature plasma glandular ablation combined withum membrane puncture surgery to treat SOM’s effect,effectively relieve symptoms,improve hearing,and low postoperative complications.
