对比可视喉镜与普通喉镜在ICU非气道困难患者插管中作用

摘　　要：目的对比可视喉镜与普通喉镜在ICU非气道困难患者插管中作用。方法回顾性分析2019年11月-2020年11月期间收治的80例非气道困难患者,以分组方式开展研究,在经过随机数表法分组后,对照组、研究组各40例患者,对照组普通喉镜患者进行普通喉镜插管,研究组使用可视喉镜插管,对比两组声门暴露情况、插管质量、插管成功率、血流动力学指标以及炎性指标。结果研究组声门暴露1级、2级、3级发生率高于对照组,P<0.05,研究组声门暴露4级发生率与对照组对比无明显差异,P>0.05。研究组插管时间、声门暴露时间均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组心率、舒张压显著低于对照组,收缩压显著高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组C-反应蛋白、降素钙原均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论ICU非气道困难患者在插管的过程中使用可视喉镜可提升声门暴露质量与插管质量,在插管期间患者血流动力学指标进行稳定,插管后炎性指标的控制更加理想,较普通喉镜更具优势,可临床推广普及。Objective To analyze the application effect of detail nursing in uremia hemodialysis patients.Methods The retrospective analysis took(November 2019-November 2020)80 cases as the research object,group,after random table group,control group,study group 45 patients,control group give basic care,research use detail care,compare the two groups of complication incidence,quality of life,care satisfaction rate.Results The study group had a higher incidence of levels 1,2 and 3,P<0.05,and no significant difference in the incidence of level 4 compared with the control group,and P>0.05.The intubation time and glottal exposure time in the study group were significantly lower than in the control group,with P<0.05.The heart rate and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than the control group,the systolic BP was significantly higher than the control group,and P<0.05.Serum cortisol and interleukin-8 in the study group were lower than in the control group with P<0.05.Conclusion Detailed care for uremia hemodialysis patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the overall quality of life,have good nursing effect,obtain high nursing satisfaction rate and high clinical promotion value.
