摘  要:目的 探究在先天性中耳畸形疾病诊断过程中,为其实施高分辨CT成像诊断的效果。方法 将我院2019年3月至2022年3月需要进行先天性中耳畸形检查的40例患者纳入研究,并采用随机数字表法的方式分组,对照组(20例,听力学检查和普通CT诊断),观察组(20例,高分辨CT成像诊断),分析诊断效果。结果 诊断后经对比,观察组诊断效果优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 相对照组开展的听力学检查和普通CT诊断,高分辨CT成像诊断效果更好,可明显观测到受检者小骨结构和缺失情况,具有良好的疾病诊断效果,能为疾病会诊和研判提供重要价值,研究有较大意义。Objective To explore the effect of high-resolution CT imaging in the diagnosis of congenital middle ear malformation.Methods 40 patients with congenital middle ear malformation in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into control group(20 cases,audiological examination and ordinary CT diagnosis)and observation group(20 cases,high-resolution CT imaging diagnosis).The diagnostic effect was analyzed.Results After diagnosis,the diagnostic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the audiological examination and ordinary CT diagnosis carried out in the control group,the diagnostic effect of high-resolution CT imaging is better.It can obviously observe the small bone structure and deletion of the examinee.It has a good effect of disease diagnosis.It can provide important value for disease consultation and research,and the research is of great significance.
