摘 要:目的探讨无喉者食道语复声线上网络教学的心得体会;方法选取2020年1月~2021年4月佛山市第一人民医院耳鼻咽喉科无喉者食道语复声患者16例,予以线上网络教学康复训练,观察患者Jiyan分级评分、Hyman评分变化;结果干预前Jiyan分级评分优良率仅6.25%(1/16),干预后优良率提升至56.25%(9/16),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后Hyman评分流利度、可懂度、音质、响亮度、社会接受度及总分均较干预前显著提升,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论线上网络教学可帮助无喉者掌握食道语发声,效果良好,可作为无喉者食管语培训方式进行推广.Objective To explore the experience of online online teaching of esophageal speech polyphony for people without larynx;Method Select 16 patients with esophageal speech polyphony without throat from January 2020 to April 2021 in the Department of Otolaryngology,Foshan First People’s Hospital,Provide online network teaching rehabilitation training,and observe the changes of Jiyan grading score and Hyman score of patients;Results Before the intervention,the excellent and good rate of Jiyan grading score was only 6.25%(1/16),after the intervention,the excellent and good rate increased to 56.25%(9/16),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the Hyman score was fluency,The intelligibility,sound quality,loudness,social acceptance,and total score were significantly improved compared to before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion Online online teaching can help people without a larynx to master the esophagus vocalization.The effect is good,and it can be promoted as a training method of esophageal language for people without a throat.
