共情护理结合颈部体位训练在甲状腺手术患者护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究甲状腺手术患者护理工作中共情护理联合颈部体位训练的护理效果。方法本次研究以2020年4月-2021年4月为研究时间节点,以88例在本院接受甲状腺手术治疗的患者为研究对象。根据入院时间先后顺序将患者分为对照组和观察组,组内均纳入44例病例。两组分别采取常规护理和共情护理联合颈部体位训练。从患者护理前后不良心理情绪评分、术后24h和48h疼痛评分对两组护理效果展开对比。结果护理前,两组患者焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪评分比较无统计学意义P>0.05,经护理,观察组不良心理情绪较对照组轻微P<0.05;术后24h和术后48h,观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组P<0.05。结论甲状腺手术患者护理中采取共情护理联合颈部体位训练相较于常规护理而言,更有利于缓解患者不良心理情绪,缓解术后疼痛程度,促进预后康复。Objective To explore the nursing effect of sympathetic nursing combined with neck posture training in the nursing work of patients with thyroid surgery.Methods This study took the period from April 2020 to April 2021 as the research time node,and took 88 patients who received thyroid surgery in our hospital as the research objects.According to the order of admission time,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,and 44 cases were included in each group.The two groups were given routine nursing and empathy nursing combined with neck posture training.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared from the scores of adverse psychological and emotional states before and after nursing,and the scores of pain at 24h and 48h after the operation.Results Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups P>0.05,after nursing,the adverse psychological mood of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group P<0.05;24h and 48h after the operation,the observation group had pain The scores were lower than those of the control group P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,empathy nursing combined with neck posture training in the nursing of patients with thyroid surgery is more conducive to relieving patients’bad psychological emotions,relieving postoperative pain,and promoting prognosis and recovery.
