食管贲门癌术后并发胃食管反流的护理配合效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨食管贲门癌术后并发胃食管反流患者开展系统性护理干预的临床疗效。方法遴选80例食管贲门癌术后并发胃食管反流患者(2019年1月-2021年12月),在“系统抽样法”原则下分2组—对照组与观察组,前者实施常规护理,后者开展系统性护理干预,各纳入病例40例;评估两组患者心理状态、症状积分、生活质量展开组间对比。结果较对照组研究结果,观察组干预后观察组焦虑抑郁(SAS、SDS)评分更低,同时上腹部灼痛、反酸、胸骨后灼痛症状积分明显低,且术后生活质量(QLQ-C30)各个维度评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论开展系统性护理干预对食管贲门癌术后并发胃食管反流患者,不仅可以改善焦虑、抑郁,有效缓解反流症状,同时促进生活质量大幅度提高,实现良好预后结果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of systematic nursing intervention in patients with gastroesophageal reflux after esophagus and cardia cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux after esophagus and cardia cancer surgery(January 2019-December 2021)were selected and divided into 2 groups under the principle of“systematic sampling”-the control group and the observation group,the former received routine nursing care,the latter carried out systematic nursing intervention,each included 40 cases;evaluated the psychological state,symptom score,quality of life,nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients and carried out the comparison between the groups.Results Compared with the study results of the control group,the observation group after the intervention had lower anxiety and depression(SAS,SDS)scores,and at the same time,the symptom scores of epigastric burning pain,acid regurgitation,and retrosternal burning pain were significantly lower,and the postoperative quality of life(QLQ-C30)scores of all dimensions were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out systematic nursing intervention for patients with gastroesophageal reflux after esophagocardium cancer surgery can not only improve anxiety and depression,effectively relieve reflux symptoms,but also greatly improve the quality of life and achieve good prognosis.
