探讨鼻内窥镜治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后应用康复干预的疗效

摘　　要：目的探析及评估康复干预对鼻内窥镜治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者术后的应用效果以及临床价值。方法:采取抽签法将我院鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉80例患者列为本次项目研究对象,分为参照组(40例)、试验组(40例),信息采集时间为2019年1月至2022年1月,参照组行术后常规干预,试验组行术后康复干预。对2组并发症发生率、住院时间、症状消失时间、康复效果等进行数据统计分析。结果:试验组与参照组症状消失时间与住院时间对比数据统计证实显著差异P<0.05,试验组均短于参照组;试验组总有效率97.50%高于参照组总有效率82.50%,试验组并发症总发生率2.50%低于参照组总发生率15.00%,2组之间统计学分析结果存在显著差异P<0.05。结论:针对鼻内窥镜治疗鼻窦炎半鼻息肉的患者,术后给予实施康复干预可有效降低术后并发症,有效改善症状缓解,提升术后康复效果,减少住院时间。Objective To explore and evaluate the application effect and clinical value of rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of patients with nasal sinusitis and nasal polyp by nasal endoscopy.Methods 80 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp in our hospital were selected as the research objects of this project by drawing lots,which were divided into the reference group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases).The information collection time was from January 2019 to January 2022.The reference group received routine postoperative intervention,and the experimental group received postoperative rehabilitation intervention.The incidence of complications,length of hospital stay,symptom disappear time and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The statistical data of symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time between the experimental group and the reference group showed significant difference(P<0.05),and the experimental group was shorter than the reference group;The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.50%higher than that of the reference group(82.50%),and the total complication rate of the experimental group was 2.50%lower than that of the reference group(15.00%).There was significant difference between the two groups in statistical analysis,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with rhinosinusitis and heminasal polyp treated by nasal endoscopy,postoperative rehabilitation intervention can effectively reduce postoperative complications,improve symptom relief,improve postoperative rehabilitation effect and reduce hospital stay.
