摘 要:含CO工业尾气煅烧中低品位磷矿石工艺实际应用时,常出现磷矿石结块和窑体结瘤问题,导致设备损坏。针对煅烧产物进行组分分析,并对可能产生的产物体系进行熔融特性和流动特性研究,判断发生熔融的临界条件,分析结块成因,为优化煅烧工艺提供依据。结果表明:磷矿石中的Fe_(2)O_(3)和Al_(2)O_(3)杂质降低了磷矿石的熔融温度,增加了流动性,造成结块。最容易发生熔融结块体系:在氧化条件下,w(CaO)/w(Fe_(2)O_(3))为0.25且w(MgO)为5%的Fe_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO体系,流动温度为1 262.3℃,熔融时间为1.34 min,流动性指数为26.87;在弱还原条件下,w(SiO_(2))/w(CaO)为1.8且w(Al_(2)O_(3))15%的Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-SiO_(2)体系,流动温度为1 388.3℃,熔融时间为3.92 min,流动性指数为6.31。In the practical application of the process of calcining medium and low grade phosphate rock with industrial tail gas containing CO,the problems of phosphate rock agglomeration and kiln body nodulation often occurs,resulting in equipment damage.The components of calcined products are analyzed,and the melting characteristics and flow characteristics of the possible product system are studied to determine the critica conditions for melting,the causes of agglomeration are analyzed,providing a basis for optimizing the calcination process.The results show that the impurity of Fe_(2)O_(3)and Al_(2)O_(3) in phosphate rock reduces the melting temperature o phosphate rock,increases the fluidity,and causes agglomeration.The most prone to melting agglomeration system Under oxidation conditions,the Fe_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO system containing 5% MgO with w(CaO)/w(Fe_(2)O_(3))of 0.25 has a melting temperature of 1262.3℃,a melting time of 1.34 min,and a fluidity index of 26.87;Under weak reduction conditions,the melting temperature of Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-SiO_2 system with w(SiO_(2))/w(CaO)of 1.8 and w(Al_(2)O_(3))of 15%is 1388.3℃,the melting time is 3.92 min,and the fluidity index is 6.31.
