滇池地区碳酸盐型与硅酸盐型磷块岩混合选矿研究

摘　　要：根据滇池地区碳酸盐型磷块岩与硅酸盐型磷块岩矿石性质,采用单反浮选实验流程,研究不同配比的碳酸盐型与硅酸盐型磷块岩可选性及药剂条件。结果表明:碳酸盐型磷块岩与硅酸盐型磷块岩配矿质量比为3∶1、磨矿细度≤0.074 mm的颗粒占比93%、硫酸用量为16 kg/t、YP6用量为2.0 kg/t、磷酸用量为1.5 kg/t时,精矿指标能够满足下游用矿要求。According to the properties of carbonate type and silicate type phosphorite in Dianchi area,the single reverse flotation flow is adopted to study the washability and test conditions of carbonate type and silicate type phosphorite with different ratios.The results show that when the mass proportion of carbonate type and silicate type phosphorite is 3:1,the grinding fineness≤0.074 mm accounts for 93%,the amount of sulfuric acid,YP6 and phosphoric acid are 16 kg/t,2.0 kg/t and 1.5 kg/t,the concentrate index can meet the downstream mining requirements.
