摘　　要：云南三环中化化肥有限公司600 kt/a磷酸二铵装置产品外观质量一直影响产品市场销售,分析影响磷酸二铵产品外观质量的因素,主要包括造粒机工况、生产工艺、生产过程的稳定性。通过对造粒机管式反应器、防结料装置、氨分布器进行技术改造,产品外观质量得到很大提升,装置运行率得到了大幅度提升,生产负荷达到100%以上,同时能耗明显下降。The product appearance quality of the 600 kt/a DAP plant of Yunnan Sanhuan Sinochem Chemical Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.has always affected the product market sales.The factors that affect the appearance quality of DAP products are analyzed,including the working condition of granulator,production process,and stability of production process.Through the technical transformation of tubular reactor,anti-fouling device and ammonia distributor,the appearance quality has been greatly improved,the operation rate of the device has been greatly improved,the production load has reached more than 100%,and the energy consumption has decreased significantly.
