摘　　要：介绍转台过滤机冲渣水装置用途与重要性,分析传统冲渣水装置存在的不足,包括拆装工作量大,支管校调困难,检修空间小,操作环境不友好,阐述新型组合式冲渣水装置的结构与优点。云南某饲料级磷酸氢钙厂160 m~2转台过滤机采用新型组合式冲渣水装置后,拆装更方便,检修成本降低40 000~60 000元/a,可在线检修,其综合改进效果超出了期望值。The purpose and importance of slag washing water device of rotary table filter are introduced.The deficiency of the traditional slag washing water device is analyzed,including heavy disassembly and assembly workload,difficult branch calibration,small maintenance space,unfriendly operating environment,the structure and advantages of the new type combined slag washing water device are described.After the application of new type combined slag washing water device in the 160 m rotary table filter in a feed-grade dicalcium phosphate plant in Yunnan,the improved slag washing water device is more convenient to disassemble,reduces the maintenance cost by 40000~60000 RMB Yuan per year,and provides online maintenance.Its comprehensive improvement effect has exceeded the expectations.
