摘 要:“田野思政”是将思政元素融入专业实践教学,通过实践教学影响学生思想情操和价值观念进而提升育人质量实现立德树人目标的一种教学模式。研究以公共管理学科为例,通过在实习实训、田野调查、互动讲座等实践教学环节植入公共服务意识、担当奉献精神、实事求是理念等思政元素,将指导教师的言传身教、组织的浸润养成、场馆的文化熏陶、调研的体悟启思以及案例的汲取提炼形成一个完整的课程体系。“田野思政”教学不仅挖掘和发挥了本地本校本专业思政资源的特色和优势,产生了课程协同效应,更促进了教学质量的内涵式提升,助力培养高水平公共管理人才。"Field ideology"is a teaching mode that integrates ideological and political elements into professional practice teaching and affects students'ideological sentiments and values through practice teaching to improve the quality of education and achieve the goal of establishing virtue and cultivating people.Taking the discipline of Public Management as an example,through the implantation of ideolog-ical and political elements such as public service awareness,dedication,and the concept of seeking truth from facts in practical teaching links such as practice training,field research,interactive lectures,etc.,this study has formed a complete curriculum system by guiding teachers'teaching by words and deeds,the infiltration and cultivation of organizations,the cultural influence of venues,the insight and enlight-enment of research,and the extraction of cases.The"field ideology"teaching not only excavates and gives full play to the characteristics and advantages of local places,schools,and majors,creating curric-ulum synergy,but also promotes the connotative improvement of teaching quality and helps to cultivate high-level public management talents.
