摘  要:为了确保北极油井抽油机的正常运转,避免对国外进口钻井顶驱装置用电缆产品的依赖,研制了一种钻井顶驱装置用高性能耐低温电缆。根据电缆的技术要求,进行了创新的结构设计、新型材料的选用和严格的制造工艺控制。通过采用符合标准GB/T 3956—2008中第6种镀锡铜导体、热塑性动态硫化橡胶(TPV)绝缘、镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层、TPE-EP6000系列弹性体内护套、热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)外护套,确保电缆具有在-40℃低温下耐弯曲次数≥20万次、抗冲击、耐油、抗疲劳、抗电磁干扰等优异性能。经用户使用验证,该电缆可装备在高寒地区油井抽油机上且具有较好的使用效果。In order to ensure the normal operation of the oil well pumping unit in the Arctic and avoid dependence on the cable products for the drlling top drive device imported from abroad,a high-performance low temperature resistant cable for the drilling top drive device is developed.According to the technical requirements of the cable,innovative structure design,selection of new materials and strict manufacturing process control have been carried out.By using tinned copper conductor conforming to the sixth type of standard GB/T 3956—2008,TPV insulation,tinned copper wire braided shielding layer,TPE-EP600O series elastomer inner sheath,and TPEE outer sheath,it is ensured that the cable has excellent properties such as bending resistance≥2 X105 times at-40 C,impact resistance,oil resistance,fatigue resistance,and electromagnetic interference resistance.It is verified by users that the cable can be installed on the oil well pumping unit in alpine region and has good application effect.
