摘　　要：以中医传统理论为切入点,详细阐述了脏腑图点穴法的理论基础、四时捏脊疗法的创立溯源,对操作流程进行了详细介绍,并对其中各步骤的穴位、手法及临床操作中的注意事项进行了解释。通过列举小儿厌食症、腹痛、遗尿症3个儿科常见典型病例的治疗方案,探讨脏腑图点穴结合四时捏脊疗法在儿科的临床应用体会。Taking the traditional theory of Chinese medicine as the entry point,the theoretical basis of the vis-ceral chart point method,the creation of four-season chiropractic tracing,the detailed introduction of the operation process,and the explanation of the acupuncture points,techniques and precautions in clinical operation of each step in it were elaborated.By listing the treatment plans of three common typical pediatric cases of anorexia nervosa,ab-dominal pain,and enuresis,the clinical application experience of visceral chart pointing combined with four-season chiropractic in pediatrics is discussed.
