耳穴压豆联合丹栀逍遥散加减治疗女童单纯乳房早发育肝郁化火型60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察耳穴压豆联合丹栀逍遥散加减治疗女童单纯乳房早发育肝郁化火型的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3月至2021年3月海宁市中医院儿科门诊收治的单纯乳房早发育肝郁化火型女童患儿180例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、治疗组(1)和治疗组(2),各60例。对照组予以饮食、生活指导,治疗组(1)在对照组干预的基础上口服丹栀逍遥散加减,治疗组(2)在治疗组(1)治疗方法的基础上加耳穴压豆。3组均1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后统计临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组(2)总有效率为95.00%(57/60),明显高于治疗组(1)的75.00%(45/60)和对照组的33.33%(20/60),3组组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,3组的中医证候积分和乳核直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,3组的中医证候积分和乳核直径均显著下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组(2)下降更显著(P<0.05)。3组治疗期间均未发现皮疹、腹泻、恶心呕吐、肝肾功能异常等不良反应。结论 耳穴压豆联合丹栀逍遥散加减治疗女童乳房早发育肝郁化火型,效果显著,且无明显不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyzed the clinical efficacy of ear pressure beans combined with modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San(丹栀逍遥散)in the treatment of simple premature thelarche in young girls of liver depression trans-forming into the fire type.Methods A total of 180 girls with simple premature thelarche of liver depression trans-forming into the fire type who were treated in the Pediatrics Department of Haining Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group,treatment group I,and treatment group II,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given diet and lifestyle guidance,treat-ment group I was given modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San on the basis of the control group,and treatment group II was given ear pressure beans in addition to the treatment in treatment group I.One month was considered as one course,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded after three courses of treatment.Results The total ef-fective rate of treatment group I was 95.00%(57/60),significantly higher than that of treatment group I(75.00%,45/60)and the control group(33.33%,20/60).The difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome score and diameter of the breast nucleus among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and diameter of breast nucleus of all three groups decreased significantly compared to those before treatment,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05),with treatment group II showing a more significant decrease(P<0.05).No adverse re-actions such as rash,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,and abnormal liver and kidney function were found during the treat-ment period in all three groups.Conclusion Ear pressure beans combined with modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San has significant efficacy in treating simple premature thelarche in young girls of liver depression transforming into the fire type and no significant adverse rea
