摘　　要：目的 分析山东省潍坊市某社会福利院在院儿童的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs)检测结果,为下一步对抗-HBs阴性儿童实施乙肝疫苗再次免疫提供基础资料。方法 对2021年潍坊市某社会福利院所有在院儿童的抗-HBs检测结果进行分析。结果 潍坊市某社会福利院共有在院儿童134例,抗-HBs阳性16例(11.94%),阴性118例(88.06%)。各年龄组抗-HBs阳性率均不高;不同性别儿童抗-HBs阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.61,P>0.05);有乙肝疫苗全程免疫接种史和乙肝免疫接种史(非全程)儿童的抗-HBs阳性率高于有其他免疫情况的儿童(χ^(2)=11.42,P<0.05)。结论 该社会福利院多数儿童抗HBs阴性或弱阳性,属于乙肝疫苗的低应答或无应答人群,下一步应及时给予乙肝疫苗再次接种。Objective To analyze the results of hepatitis B virus surface antibody(anti-HBs)testing among children in a social welfare institution in Weifang city,Shandong province,so as to provide basic information for the next step of re-immunization against hepatitis B vaccine for anti-HBs-negative children.Methods The anti-HBs test results of all children in a social welfare institution in Weifang city were analyzed in 2021.Results There were 134 children in a social welfare institution in Weifang city,16(11.94%)were positive for anti-HBs and 118(88.06%)were negative.The positive rate of anti-HBs was not high in all age groups.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of anti-HBs in children of different genders(χ^(2)=1.61,P>0.05).The positive rate of anti-HBs in children with whole course immunization history of hepatitis B vaccine and history of hepatitis B immunization(not the whole course)were higher than that in children with other immunization conditions(χ^(2)=11.42,P<0.05).Conclusion Most of the children in this social welfare institution are anti-HBs negative or weakly positive,and are the low or no-responder group of hepatitis B vaccine,so they should be given hepatitis B vaccination again in time.
