摘　　要：目的 分析2021年广东省农村义务教育学生营养改善计划监测地区中小学生生长迟缓状况及相关影响因素。方法 采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法,选取2021年广东省农村义务教育学生营养改善计划地区6~16岁中小学生为研究对象。依据生长迟缓诊断标准,分析比较不同性别、年龄、地区中小学生的生长迟缓率,采用多因素logistic回归模型分析生长迟缓的影响因素。结果 2021年广东省农村义务教育学生营养改善计划监测地区调查儿童的总生长迟缓率为2.5%。女生生长迟缓率低于男生(χ^(2)=11.96,P<0.05)。各年龄段不同性别学生的生长迟缓率比较,12岁年龄段男女生的生长迟缓率差异有统计学差异(χ^(2)=3.93,P<0.05)。学生的生长迟缓率从6岁到9岁呈上升趋势,后随年龄增加而下降,13岁达到最低点,然后随年龄增加而上升。结论 广东省2021年农村义务教育学生营养改善计划监测地区的农村中小学生生长迟缓率得到进一步改善,学段、性别、学校是否提供牛奶等对于儿童生长迟缓状况都有一定影响。Objective To analyze the growth retardation of primary and middle school students in the monitoring area of Nutrition Improvement Plan for Rural Compulsory Education Students in Guangdong province in 2021 and its influencing factors.Methods Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling was used to select primary and middle school students aged 6 to 16 from Guangdong province in 2021 under the Nutrition Improvement Plan for Rural Compulsory Education Students.According to the diagnostic criteria of growth retardation,the growth retardation rates of primary and secondary school students of different genders,ages and regions were analyzed and compared,and the influencing factors of growth retardation were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression model.Results The total growth retarding rate of children surveyed in the monitoring area of Nutrition Improvement Plan for Rural Compulsory Education Students in Guangdong province in 2021 was 2.5%.The growth retardation rate of girls was lower than that of boys(χ^(2)=11.96,P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the growth retardation rate of male and female students at the age of 12(χ^(2)=3.93,P<0.05).The growth retardation rate of students increased from age 6 to age 9,then decreased with age,reached a low point at age 13,and then increased with age.Conclusion The growth retardation rate of rural primary and middle school students in the monitoring areas of the 2021 Nutrition Improvement Plan for Rural Compulsory Education Students in Guangdong province has been further improved.School stage,gender,whether schools provide milk have a certain impact on the growth retardation of children.
