摘 要:为提高复杂工作环境下锂电池荷电状态估计精度,以三元锂离子电池为研究对象,采用限定记忆递推最小二乘法与渐消因子扩展卡尔曼滤波算法相结合进行荷电状态估计。以有限组数据计算当前时刻模型参数,解决数据饱和问题。在扩展卡尔曼滤波算法中加入渐消因子,弱化旧数据的影响,实时调整误差协方差矩阵。为验证算法的合理性,建立二阶RC等效模型,对不同工况进行荷电状态估计。验证结果表明,算法估计精确度高且稳定性好。系统稳定后,HPPC、BBDST工况中的荷电状态最大估算误差分别为0.0144和0.0085,且波动范围较小,验证了改进算法估计锂电池荷电状态时的良好性能。To improve the estimation accuracy of lithium-ion battery state of charge in complex working environment,the ternary lithium-ion battery is taken as the research object,and a combination of limited memory recursive least square method and fading factor extended Kalman filter algorithm is used to estimate the state of charge.Calculating the model parameters at the current moment with a limited set of data to solve the problem of data saturation.The fading factor is added to the extended Kalman filter algorithm to weaken the influence of old data and adjust the error covariance matrix in real-time.To verify the rationality of the algorithm,a second-order RC equivalent model is established to estimate the state of charge for different working conditions.The results show that the algorithm has high estimation accuracy and good stability.When the system is stable,the maximum estimation errors of the state of charge in HPPC and BBDST conditions are 0.0144 and 0.0085 respectively,and the fluctuation range is small.The good performance of the improved algorithm in estimating the state of charge of the lithium-ion battery is verified.
