县域旅游集散地人地关系演变及影响因素分析——以黄山市休宁县为例

摘　　要：文章选取黄山市休宁县为例,梳理人地关系演变过程,分析影响因素,有针对性地提出休宁县作为旅游集散地的发展建议。研究表明,从社会、历史、地理多维角度出发,其人地关系演变可划分为4个阶段——初始矛盾阶段、失衡阶段、转折阶段及和谐共生阶段。人地关系总体趋向包容、祥和。诸多影响因素中,封闭的地理环境、利好的政策规划及固有的旅游文化禀赋对休宁县人地关系演变的影响更为深远。在人地协调理念的指导下,未来休宁县应以发掘本地文化、明确县域角色为定位,以优化产业结构、基建服务为行动,更加强调风险应对与品牌打造,实现环境质量提升与包容持续发展,为杭黄一体化进程助力。Taking Xiuning County in Huangshan City as an example,this paper combs the evolution process of human land relationship,analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward targeted suggestions for the development of Xiuning County as a tourist distribution center.The research shows that from the perspective of society,history and geography,the evolution of human land relationship can be divided into four stages:initial contradiction stage,imbalance stage,transition stage and harmonious symbiosis stage.The overall trend of human land relationship is inclusive and peaceful;Among many influencing factors,the closed geographical environment,favorable policy planning,and inherent tourism cultural endowment have a more profound impact on the evolution of the human land relationship in Xiuning County;Under the guidance of the concept of human-land coordination,in the future,Xiuning County should be positioned to explore local culture,clarify the role of the county,take action to optimize industrial structure and infrastructure services,place greater emphasis on risk response and brand building,achieve environmental quality improvement and inclusive sustainable development,and contribute to the process of Hangzhou-Huangshan integration.
