摘  要:介绍了HFW焊管串列式超声波探伤样管的制作技术。要求该样管校验平底孔位于壁厚中间40%、50%、60%位置,制作时不能直接刻伤,这就需要采用一种新的方法制作样管。笔者创新性地将需制作平底孔的区域切割下来,对其进行定位,在瓦块上制作平底孔,而后再焊接到原样管,解决了样管制作成功率低的问题,使得制作成功率由原来的30%提升至100%,降低了由于样管问题对产线生产造成的影响。This paper introduces the manufacturing technology of serial ultrasonic flaw detection sample tubes for HFW welded pipes.the serial ultrasonic flaw detection sample tubes require that the flat bottom holes are located at 40%,50%and 60%of the wall thickness.The flat bottom holes cannot be directly etched when they are made.This requires a new method to make the sample tubes.Baosteel innovates to cut the area where the flat bottom holes are to be made,position it,and make the flat bottom holes on the tiles,Then,the method of welding to the original sample tube solves the problem of low success rate of sample tube manufacturing,which increases the success rate from the original 30%to 100%,and reduces the impact of sample tube problems on the production line.
