摘 要:为及时发现双合金焊接盘扩散焊缝区的缺陷,本文以某型航空发动机涡轮盘为研究对象,采用水浸超声技术对其进行检测。在检测前需准确测量声速,并监控焊缝区位置的超声回波幅度,可及时发现焊接质量不良区域。通过制作适当的对比试块进行试验,得出了双合金焊接盘的超声检测影响因素及最佳检测参数。结果表明:超声检测技术易发现双合金焊接盘扩散层部位平行于焊缝的面积型缺陷,且检测探头频率、晶片尺寸、入射角度、焦距等均影响检测结果。In order to find the defects in the diffusion weld zone of the double alloy welding plate,this paper selects a certain type of aero-engine turbine disk as the research object,used the ultrasonic method of water immersion,obtains the influence factors.Before the detection of the diffusion weld zone,the sound velocity should be measured accurately,and the ultrasonic echo amplitude of the weld zone can be monitored,so as to find the bad welding quality area in time.The influencing factors and optimal parameters of ultrasonic testing of double alloy welding disc were obtained by making appropriate test blocks.The results show that it is easy to find the area defects in the diffusion layer of the double alloy welding disc parallel to the weld by ultrasonic testing technology,and probe frequency,chip size,incident Angle and probe focal length all affect the detection result.
